Job summary

CENTRAL OREGON COMMUNITY CLG is seeking an ASCOCC Director of Clubs & Communication to assist student organizations and coordinate internal and external communications. This temporary part-time position requires effective communication and a commitment to supporting diverse student groups.

The role includes advocating for student organizations, processing club paperwork, and managing budgets. Flexibility in work schedule is necessary, with responsibilities primarily between M-F, 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have a COCC cumulative GPA of at least 2.0.
• Must maintain a minimum of six (6) credits at COCC.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for all student organizations under ASCOCC.
• Coordinate student organizations including room reservations and funding.
• Update ASCOCC website and supervise the Clubs and Communication Coordinator.
