Job summary

CHAS Health is seeking a friendly and motivated receptionist to provide front-desk support at our clinics. You will greet patients and visitors, answer phones, handle messages, and assist with basic clerical tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires current high school enrollment (junior or senior), strong communication, and solid computer skills. We value reliability, confidentiality, and a respectful work environment as part of our patient-centered mission.

Computer skills required. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail required. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality required. Commitment to supporting a safe and respectful environment is required.Physical Demands:Required to stand, sit and be mobile one-third to two-thirds of the time. Required to use hands to finger, handle or feel over two-thirds of the time; while reaching with hands and arms occurs one-third of the day. Climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling or crouching occurs less than one-third of the time. Communicating occurs constantly throughout the day. Lifting occurs about half the time up to 10 lbs and less than one-third of the day from 25-40 lbs.
