CHAS Health in Spokane, WA is seeking an administrative role within the Workforce Development department to support benefits administration and HR activities. You will help maintain HRIS records, compile reports, and assist with new hire orientation and open enrollment.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of HR experience, plus comfort with Microsoft Office and strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills in a healthcare setting.

Purpose of Job: Improves the overall health of the communities we serve by providing administrative support to the Workforce Development department and other CHAS Health staff as follows:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and sit. The employee is occasionally required to move around the facility; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
