This on-site leadership role develops leadership, guest service, and financial acumen as you shape a thriving campus hub and community partner.

Qualifications

• Ability to support, exhibit, and promote Follett's Core Values in all daily activities and interactions.
• General computer skills are required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen; capable of relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of peers, providing feedback and coaching to individuals.
• Build a community-minded operation, engaging guests with hospitality and outreach.
• Master the financials of the store: drive top-line sales, manage labor, and control costs.
• Perform other duties to support store operations as assigned.
