Job summary

Follett Higher Education is seeking an ELP Student CEO to lead and develop a campus store team, driving hospitality and store operations while owning financials and business fundamentals.

As part of Follett’s experiential learning program, you will recruit and coach peers, oversee scheduling and labor, and work to grow top-line sales within a collaborative campus environment. Travel is minimal, and you will report to the campus store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Team Development: actively lead and coach a campus store team, align with Follett mission and standards, provide feedback.
• Community Leadership: engage guests with exceptional hospitality and empower the team to create impact.
• Financial Management: understand P&L, drive sales, and manage labor and COGS considerations.
• Other duties as assigned to support store operations.
