Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a peer team, coaching and engaging with Follett's mission and service standards.
• Build a community-focused campus store through servant leadership and guest hospitality.
• Master financials: drive top-line sales, manage labor, and oversee cost of goods sold.
• Perform other duties to support daily store operations.
• Promote Follett's Core Values and demonstrate the Core Competency Framework.
• Travel: minimal — less than 10%.
