Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Counsel and advise applicants and families on financial aid options and costs.
  • Award and disburse institutional, federal, state, and private aid accurately.
  • Communicate award letters and missing forms to students/parents timely.
  • Prepare and package financial aid for undergraduate and graduate students.
  • Maintain records, generate reports, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Assist in training new hires and updating manuals; participate in events.
  • Respond to inquiries by phone/email and attend open houses or FAFSA days.
