Qualifications

• State Certification as required for position.
• Teaching Certification in related area (i.e., Middle School or subject area and grade level).
• Motor Vehicle Operator's License or ability to provide own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers school programs consistent with district goals and objectives.
• Provides leadership and direction to staff with regard to ongoing evaluation and improvement of educational programs.
• Organizes and conducts regular meetings with teachers for continuing development of instructional techniques.
• Coordinates with central office in recruitment and selection of employees and HR administration.
• Supervises and evaluates teaching staff and other building employees according to the district's evaluation plan.

Bachelor's and Master's Degree

Sixth year/doctorate (preferred)
