Job summary

TheKey is seeking student caregivers and CNAs in Midtown Omaha and Council Bluffs to gain hands-on clinical experience while making a real difference in clients' lives.

Enjoy flexible scheduling around classes, build 1-on-1 patient care hours, weekly pay with overtime and holidays, paid training, and a supportive 24/7 caregiver team.

Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S., a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Nursing, CNA, Pre-Med, or Healthcare Student status is a strong plus!

• Must be reliable, dependable, and on time; background check and work eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 personal care and daily support to senior clients across Midtown, Downtown, and Council Bluffs.
• Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation as needed.
• Document and communicate client needs and changes in condition.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1-on-1 personal care and daily support to senior clients across Midtown, Downtown, and Council Bluffs.
• Assist with personal hygiene, medication management, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation.
• Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed.
• The ability to document and communicate client needs and changes in condition.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Nursing, CNA, Pre-Med, or Healthcare Student status is a strong plus!
• Empathetic, compassionate, kind, and professional with strong communication skills.
• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus.
• Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in a variety of situations.
• Must be reliable, dependable, and on time is a MUST.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S., clear background check, and references.
• Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a reliable vehicle, and be 19+.
