• Knowledge of employment trends and pathways.
• Organizational skills to coordinate networking events, fairs, and workshops.
• Experience tracking student progress.
• Collaboration with teachers, administrators and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized career counseling to students.
• Coach students on utilizing campus resources to plan career paths.
• Guide resume building, LinkedIn updates, cover letters, and interview prep.
• Leverage relationships with Corporate Work Study partners for job placements.
• Organize networking events, career fairs, and industry connections.
• Conduct workshops on time management, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Track student progress and provide ongoing support.
• Monitor and evaluate counseling programs and adjust as needed.
• Stay informed about employment trends and opportunities.
• Foster relationships with community organizations and resources.
• Support internships and experiential learning opportunities.
