Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within higher education administration or public management.
• Familiarity with PowerBI and data analysis for program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Build and curate a robust library of career development resources for Tier 1 jobs and related programs.
• Oversee and continuously improve programs to increase student work-readiness and engagement.
• Develop systematic employer feedback loops to inform training and resource updates.
• Coordinate with Success Network and mentors to onboard new students and track participation.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure successful placement opportunities and program alignment.
