Qualifications

• Experience with college student advising and experiential education is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized career counseling and coaching in individual and group sessions.
• Guide students on majors, career paths, internships, and experiential learning opportunities.
• Promote and support university internship and co-op programs.
