Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling or related field required.
• One year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Review detailed background files, interview students, and recommend programs.
• Initiate and maintain welcome calls and Social Intake Forms for each student.
• Use Personal Career Development Plan to progress students through phases.
• Assess student needs early in enrollment and provide direct counseling support.
• Maintain documentation and records; coordinate with the mental health team.
