Chugach Government Solutions, LLC is seeking a Counselor responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing individual and group counseling programs for students. This role aims to provide a positive living environment and guidance to help students achieve success.

The candidate will conduct structured classes, develop curriculum, and maintain positive relationships with students to promote their emotional development and employability skills. A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is required, along with three years’ experience in counseling or related fields.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, or related field required.
• Three years’ experience in sales, marketing, or counseling.
• Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Aufgaben

• Provide structured classes for students in employability skills.
• Develop methods for obtaining feedback from students on curriculum.
• Maintain organized curriculum electronically and in hardcopy.
• Encourage strong student participation in interactive groups/classes.
• Coordinate social development activities with dorm staff.
