Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Non-CDL Transportation Specialist to operate a van or small bus on designated routes, transporting school pupils and clients to and from schools or activity locations under supervision, with emphasis on safety and punctuality.

You will perform safety inspections, maintain order, assist with route timing and records, and help with fueling. Required: state driver's license, a medical exam, three years driving history, and background checks.

Qualifications

• State-Required Driver's License must meet company standards on driving record.
• Current report of Driver's Physical Examination.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of assigned vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Drive a minivan daily over designated routes following schedules.
• Transport school pupils and teachers on activity trips.
• Perform pre- and post-trip safety inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain order among pupils or clients.
• Follow company policies for pupil/client management and relations.
