Job summary

University of Oklahoma seeks a creative, detail-oriented student to serve as Brand & Visual Designer for the MLLL/LLC departments. You will shape the department’s visual identity across print and digital platforms, from event flyers to website graphics and social media assets, ensuring polished, on-brand communications.

This design-first role emphasizes aesthetics, design software proficiency, and proactive idea generation, with day-to-day LLC support tasks shared within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as OU student in Fall Term.
• Experience with design software and a strong eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design & Visual Content creation for prints and digital assets.
• Design event flyers, posters, banners, and promo materials for OU announcements.
• Create brand-consistent social media graphics (Instagram, stories, highlights).
• Develop visual assets for LLC/MLLL websites with feedback from student programmers.
• Design printed materials like signage and informational sheets.
• Maintain and evolve a visual style guide per OU brand standards.
• Contribute original concepts and organize a shared asset library.
• Support LLC daily operations and student-facing tasks.
