Job summary

State of South Carolina is seeking a Coordinator of Community Belonging to support the Offices of Community Standards and the CARE Team within the Student Experience and Quality Assurance Division. The role involves managing student caseloads, investigating referrals, meeting with students, and connecting them with campus resources to foster growth and belonging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant professional experience in higher education administration, counseling, criminal justice, behavioral sciences, compliance, or a related field.
• Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics.
• Valid Driver's license and safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Manages student caseloads, investigates referrals, meets with students, and connects them with campus resources.
• Promotes personal growth, accountability, and respect for the campus community through the Bearcat Creed.
