Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Student support and advocacy to promote belonging and engagement.
• Design, implement, and assess programs supporting student success and leadership development.
• Collaborate with campus partners to provide resources and services for students.
• Conduct needs assessments and measure program outcomes to inform planning.
• Supervise undergraduate staff and volunteers supporting PRCC initiatives.
