Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, higher education, psychology, human development, counseling, leadership, social work, leisure studies, recreation management, or nonprofit management. Degree must be conferred on or before start date.
• Two years of relevant professional work experience. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive system of support ensuring access to essential resources.
• Oversee campus food pantry and food recovery operations, logistics, inventory, and volunteers.
• Build and sustain campus and community partnerships to expand resources.
• Provide trauma-informed support to students facing food, financial, or housing insecurity.
• Coordinate crisis interventions and administer emergency funding in compliance with regulations.
• Support programs promoting awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
