Qualifications

• Candidate must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in an office setting is a plus.
• Ability to work with computerized data systems (PC and mainframe).
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling information.

Responsibilities

• Film games, video recording, editing, and provide highlights.
• Track and manage team equipment and inventory.
• Set up and breakdown for games.
• Generate team statistics reports for coaches.
• Coordinate travel including hotels and meals.
• Handle team laundry and equipment.
• Maintain files and records systems.
• Create reports, memos, and presentations.
• Sort mail and faxes; copy and collate documents.
• Assist with special events and greet visitors as needed.
• Schedule appointments and manage calls.
• Uphold confidentiality and assist with projects.
