Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate register/POS and handle cash or card payments.
• Greet customers and anticipate their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items per location standards.
• Balance cash drawer and deposits.
• Follow cash handling policies.
• Set up and breakdown coffee bar and stations.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
• Stock beverages, grab-and-go items, and condiments.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
