FAIRWINDSCredit Union in Orlando is seeking a Student Banking Ambassador to join our UCF Campus Branch team. This on-site internship offers 20 hours per week at $15 per hour through May 21, 2027, giving you real banking and sales experience while helping Knights start their financial journey.

Ideal candidates are rising juniors or seniors with 1–2 years of retail or sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to engage with groups in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a college degree.
• Full availability throughout the spring semester.
• 20 hours per week commitment.
• 1-2 years of retail and/or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and a professional presence.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome UCF students, parents, faculty, and staff during summer orientation events.
• Assist with opening new member accounts and explaining FAIRWINDS products and services.
• Learn about teller responsibilities and duties.
• Communicate clearly with potential members to provide account and service information.
• Help resolve basic account differences and refer concerns to management when appropriate.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
