Job summary

Shadow Ridge High School - Surprise, AZ is seeking a 26/27 SY Attendance Clerk to support campus student engagement and attendance procedures. The role reports to the Principal and requires reliable, confidential handling of student records while delivering excellent front-office service.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and data-entry experience; familiarity with Infinite Campus is a plus. The position is full-time, non-exempt, with a 195-day work calendar.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with data entry preferred.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Experience with Infinite Campus or similar student information system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform advanced student attendance procedures.
• Maintain student attendance records.
• Assist administrators in implementing the Attendance Management Plan.
• Provide front office support as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain good rapport with students, employees, community members and vendors.
• Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
