Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Two years of secretarial/clerical experience preferred.
• One year of experience working directly with students in a high school setting preferred.
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record attendance and manage related reporting for students, staff and parents.
• Register new students and handle withdrawal of transfer students.
• Prepare and distribute attendance reports to appropriate staff and parents in a timely manner.
