Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Two years of secretarial/clerical experience preferred.
• One year of experience working directly with students in a high school setting preferred.
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record attendance, registration of new students and withdrawals, and process specific reports.
• Assist the Assistant Principal of Academics and provide supportive services to students, staff and parents.
• Prepare and distribute attendance-related data and reports for campus leadership.
