Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and organizing scouting reports.
• Help compile player evaluations from college or high school levels.
• Monitor player news and updates (injuries, performance).
• Support preparation for high school/portal boards and player rankings.
• Help manage databases and software (HUDL, XOS, Catapult).
• Track recruiting activity and update prospect information.
• Assist with organizing recruiting visits.
• Maintain personnel databases with updated player information.
• Organize and input data of player metrics, stats, and scouting grades.
• Assist with video cutups and tagging plays for film study.
• Assist with coordinating schedules and logistics for coaches.
• Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, or scouting materials.
• Assist with event planning (recruiting meetings, tryouts, recruiting weekends).
