Provides clerical and customer support for assigned University areas. Under the general supervision of the manager of the department or division and/or their designee. Responsible for no more than 20 hours a week, including evenings and weekends.

Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support including but not limited to answering phone, photocopying, filing, data entry and/or typing, and courier service.
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of word processing software utilized by the University.
• Assists in development and implementation of University activities.
• Demonstrates ability to adapt skills to variety of University departments/divisions.
• Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed.
