Job summary

The ASU Foundation is hiring a Student Assistant- Gift Administration Data Management to support the Director of Gift Administration. The role is in-office, 15–20 hours per week year-round, with expanded hours during breaks, handling digital and physical filing and data management.

Responsibilities include scanning, uploading, organizing confidential documents, and assisting with various filing tasks. The candidate must be an ASU student, detail‑oriented and able to learn new software while

Qualifications

  • Current student at ASU pursuing a related degree and willing to sign confidentiality agreements.
  • Strong teamwork, communication in person, by phone and in writing.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; able to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Review, scan and upload sensitive documents using SharePoint, Salesforce, email and scanning software.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical files with confidential information for easy retrieval.
  • Support the Director of Gift Administration and assist with filing tasks as needed.

Student Assistant- Gift Administration Data ManagementThe Student Assistant supports the Director of Gift Administration and assists with both physical and digital filing tasks.
