Job summary

University of South Florida is seeking a work-study student for the Vehicle Maintenance department. The role reports to the Manager of Vehicle Maintenance and supports the department, on-campus business partners, and other University departments.

Responsibilities include clerical tasks, data entry in MS Word/Excel, front desk support and handling work orders. Strong organization, reliability, and customer service orientation are essential, with excellent written/spoken communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a current USF student with Federal Work Study (FWS) award.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organization, reliability and prompt communication are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in basic computer tasks (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).

Qualifications

Minimum:

Must be a current USF student with Federal Work Study (FWS) award.

Applicant must have a current Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the current academic year in order to apply for this position.
