Qualifications

• Undergraduate students must be registered in a minimum of six Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year.

Responsibilities

• Answer emails and direct to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• File and organize documents.
• Assist with data entry and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Greet and assist visitors and provide information to students, faculty and staff.
• Assist in setting up materials for events or meetings.
• Support faculty or staff with research or projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and work hours.
