Job summary

The University of Georgia is seeking a Student Assistant located in the Tifton Area. This role involves assisting tradesmen with plumbing, carpentry, welding, HVAC, and other necessary tasks to keep campus facilities maintained. Additionally, you will work with Landscape and Grounds to ensure proper upkeep of the campus landscape and provide backup for the daily mail route.

This position requires flexibility in completing various tasks to support the campus operations.

• Ability to mow and weed eat for grounds maintenance.

• Act as backup for running the daily mail route.
• Other duties as assigned.
