Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Provide support for the Administrative Specialist and faculty in the program.
• Providing front desk coverage, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries.
• Assisting with the creation and distribution of the department newsletter.
• Managing and updating the department’s social media pages.
• Providing general administrative support, including organizing files and handling correspondence.
• Assisting with special projects as assigned.
• Triaging and directing questions to the appropriate faculty or staff members

Expected Salary

$15.00

Required Qualifications

This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed through Federal Work-Study.

• Must maintain a 2.0-grade point average.
• Students are employed on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week.
