Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with faculty to build assessments in a timely manner.
• Proctor student assessments and troubleshoot testing devices and software.
• Generate and maintain accurate assessment reports.
• Administer assessments for individuals with approved accommodations.
• Provide quality customer service to students and employees.
• Obtain and maintain NCTA Proctor Certification.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
