Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Student Analyst - ABA Therapy to join our team as a BCBA Intern. You will supervise and support early intervention services, collect data, and help implement individualized treatment plans for children aged 18 months to 8 years.

As a BT/RBT pursuing supervision hours, you’ll gain hands-on experience, with guaranteed hours, a clear path to BCBA certification, and competitive benefits as part of a supportive, growth-focused program.

Qualifications

• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program.
• Behavior Analysis Practicum (Master's Level)

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Support supervision hours and work toward BACB certification.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
• Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old).
