Action Behavior Centers in Houston, TX is seeking a Behavioral Specialist Trainee to join our rising stars program. You will supervise fieldwork, provide center-based therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years, and collect data to guide individualized treatment plans.

Eligible BT/RBT candidates will have a Master’s level practicum and a clear pathway to BCBA, with guaranteed hours, no-cost supervision, and bonuses for hours accrued. Apply now; reviews happen within 24 hours.

• Collaborating with BCBA’s and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
