Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Austin, TX is seeking a Behavior Analysis Practicum student at the master’s level to join our team and gain hands-on experience supervising fieldwork hours in a center-based setting.

You will work with BCBA supervisors, collect data, and implement individualized treatment plans for children aged 18 months to 8 years, while pursuing BCBA supervision hours. Competitive hourly pay and pathways toward BCBA certification are offered.

Qualifications

• Proof of enrollment in an accredited master’s program in behavior analysis.
• Currently pursuing supervision hours toward BCBA certification.
• Experience or exposure to early intervention is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• All Restricted hours completed.
• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the team to uphold ABC values.

Pay Range: $24 - $30 per hour

• - Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• - Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
• - Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
• - Collaborating with BCBA’s and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
