Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience in higher education and advising.
• Experience producing institutional reports.
• Knowledge of federal financial aid regulations.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students on academic, financial, or enrollment challenges.
• Collaborate with Academic Departments, Financial Aid, Registrar, Admissions, and Student Accounts.
• Review petitions, appeals, and funding exceptions.
• Produce data reports for enrollment management and compliance.
• Lead in policy implementation and process improvement.
• Serve as Acting Director when needed.
