Job summary

HealthStaff Training Institute is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to guide prospective students through the enrollment process and provide program information. You will conduct interviews, follow up with leads, assist with funding options, and help applicants start their educational journey.

The role requires excellent communication, strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through phone calls, website inquiries, social media campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and career fairs.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls, texts, and emails to prospective students.
• Interview prospective students to determine career goals, program suitability, and enrollment readiness.
• Explain program details including curriculum, schedules, externships, certifications, tuition, payment plans, and career opportunities.
• Assist students with selecting the appropriate program based on their goals and background.
• Schedule campus tours, virtual appointments, and information sessions.
• Conduct presentations and orientation sessions for prospective students.
• Guide students through the enrollment process from inquiry to start date.
