Job summary

Eastern University’s Plant Operations is seeking an assistant clerical worker for a desk-based role in Adams Hall on the 2nd floor. This student position is open to current Eastern University students and accepts Federal Work Study (FWS) and Eastern Campus Employment (ECE).

Responsibilities include processing financials and work orders, updating spreadsheets, creating documents, and organizing files. You will also assist the Director of Facilities, Mares Stellfox, as needed.

Qualifications

• In-class or work experience in clerical/administrative tasks.
• Must be an currently enrolled student at Eastern University.

Responsibilities

• In a limited capacity, field verification of workorder completion.
• Generally, taking direction from and assisting the Director of Facilities, Mares Stellfox.
