Rush University Medical Center seeks a Student Administrative Project Assistant to support projects improving medical center performance. The role involves planning, implementation and evaluation of strategic initiatives focused on patient experience and outcomes across departments.

Pay Range: $10.00 - $375.00 per hour

The Student Administrative Project Assistant will be responsible for supporting projects to improve medical center performance: planning, implementation and management of strategic initiatives and evaluation of their effectiveness. This includes, but is not limited to, improvement of patient experience results across all customer groups in the Medical Center. This role will provide exposure to operational and clinical issues at Rush across multiple departments, therefore the ideal candidate will be motivated, organized, and driven to improve processes and outcomes. May work in a department that is offering services to all in the community.
