Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Enrolled as a student in Rush University’s College of Health Sciences.
• General knowledge of healthcare organizations, medical terminology, and data analysis.
• Proficient with computer applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative functions such as scheduling meetings and drafting meeting minutes.
• Conducts library and computer searches on clinical and administrative topics.
• Collects and analyzes data related to clinical outcomes and program performance.
• Conducts statistical analyses using various software packages.
• Assists with implementation of clinical projects.
• Rotates with health care professionals to gain hands‑on clinical experience.
• Assists with design and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
• Prepares written and oral reports and presentations communicating necessary information.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
