Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise all elections and certify the results to the Assistant Principal for Student Services.
• Approve all candidates for each club office before elections.
• Train officers and members in handling of their offices and guide operations of the club.
• Submit the constitution or charter to the APSS when first organized.
• Approve all club announcements, meeting dates, activities and related materials.
• Be present at meetings, events, and fund-raising activities throughout the year.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Complete forms and reports as directed in the Handbook.
• Consult with APSS for smooth club functioning.
• Represent your club at events and ensure presence at Presidents Council Meetings.
• Coordinate with APSS to access accounts in Skyward.
