Job summary

WSU Tri-Cities GEAR UP is seeking a Student Achievement Specialist with a work location in Richland, WA. The role includes tutoring, advising and mentoring students, assessing their needs, and creating individual action plans both in person and via virtual meetings.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience in student services or a related field; a Master’s may substitute for one year. WSU is an EOE/AA Educator and Employer.
