Responsibilities

• Post all charges, receipts, funds and refunds to student accounts.
• Review VA Education Benefit payments and debt letters for accuracy.
• Perform credit balance review and schedule refunds accordingly.
• Process adjustments to institution loans and maintain ledgers.
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
