Responsibilities

• Balance accounts receivable between systems and ensure accurate postings.
• Process refunds and prepare 1098-T statements for annual reporting.
• Train, supervise, and direct staff in the student accounts area.
• Communicate with students about balances and billing.
• Assist with year-end closing procedures and GAAP entries.
• Develop and/or update policies and procedures for the department.
