• Core Accounts Receivable duties including processing payments and posting to the accounting system.
• Cashiering & front-office tasks such as receiving receipts and daily cash reconciliation.
• Administrative support including data entry, filing, and preparing basic reports.
• Respond to inquiries regarding payments, invoices, and account status.
• Support the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and maintain organized records.
