The Student Account Analyst performs financial and operational research and account analyses of student accounts to ensure students’ billing invoices align with the terms and provisions of any enrollment, tuition assistance or other agreements that affect students’ invoices. Additionally, an individual audits various reports to ensure compliance with University policies and regulatory guidelines. A Student Account Analyst prepares daily accounting reconciliations, processes payments and refunds, and prepares various accounting transactions in accordance with University policy and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

The hourly pay rate range is $19.33 (minimum), $26.97 (midpoint), and $34.62 (maximum). The annualized amount, not including eligible overtime pay, is $40,200 (minimum), $56,100 (midpoint), and $72,000 (maximum).*
*Typical hiring range between the minimum and midpoint of the above pay range. Actual starting base pay may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, location and budget. Compensation above the midpoint is generally associated with experienced, long-tenured employees who have demonstrated sustained performance and expertise in the role.
