Job summary

Iowa State University’s Student Accessibility Services is seeking an Intake Coordinator to serve as the central contact for students, families, and campus partners. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake meetings with students and families to explain accommodation processes and services.
  • Review requests, medical documentation, and records to support determinations.
  • Coordinate intake appointments and monitor cases for timely service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for staff review.
  • Respond to inquiries and guide students, faculty and campus partners.
  • Support front desk operations and campus testing/accommodation services as needed.
  • Assist with coordinating student employees and project work.
  • Manage shared communications and distribute outreach communications.
