Qualifications

• Completion of an Industrial Electrician Apprenticeship Program.
• Journeyman’s Card or equivalent (minimum 8 years of industrial experience).
• Strong experience in automotive manufacturing preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with robots, stamping equipment, and automated systems.
• Solid knowledge of NEC codes, ladder logic, and DC drives.
• Trade certification required.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and controls.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and NEC code requirements.
• Diagnose electrical issues using meters, test equipment, and schematics.
• Troubleshoot and repair robots and stamping presses in a high‑volume production environment.
• Program and teach Fanuc and/or Comau robots.
• Work with ladder/relay logic, DC drives, switchgear, transformers, and control panels.
• Maintain and repair motors, generators, batteries, and hydraulic/pneumatic control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document all work according to company standards.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns in a Just‑In‑Time (JIT) manufacturing environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
