Job summary

Consor seeks a field-strong Structure Representative to oversee bridge and related structures construction, review submittals, and supervise inspectors on site. You will perform independent reviews of structural submittals, support surveying, and ensure quality assurance across decks, columns, and foundations.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and at least ten years of field experience, with a valid driver’s license.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

As a structure representative, You`ll provide technical oversight of bridge and structure construction projects including review and acceptance of the contractor’s structure related submittals, providing oversite of construction inspectors, and quality assurance of structure work on the project including bridges, retaining walls and other structures. You`ll perform independent reviews of structures related submittals including falsework, excavation shoring, prestressing, piling of driven piles and CIDH piles. You`ll develop bridge deck, soffit, column elevations, perform structures related surveying including grading bridge decks. The structure representative reports to the project director.


Salary Range: $110,000 to $200,000

What You'll Need:


  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

  • Minimum Ten years of building construction management experience.

  • Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

  • This field job primarily operates in outdoor work environments that may include exposure to inclement weather, heat, humidity, noise, hazard, atmospheric conditions, and bodies of water, depending on project requirements.

  • While performing the duties of this job, physical demands of the employee may include frequent talking, hearing, standing, moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, balancing, coordination, and occasional sitting or operating a company vehicle. This job may require lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 35 lbs.
